 | | | | Doug Fury (Scatterheart) | | | Born and raised in London, Ontario, Doug Fury found his calling at the
age of 16 when he picked up his first guitar. Inspired by all time
greats such as Andy Summers, Eddie Van Halen, Jimmy Page, and Adrian
Belew, Doug has become known for his own innovative style and
prominent stage presence. He has toured with Bif Naked, The Almighty
Truth, and Genocide. He is currently touring with Vancouver's own;
"Scatterheart". With over 10 years of touring on both a national and
international level, Doug has played everything from small clubs of 50
people, to massive festivals of over 30,000 people. He's appeared in
a number of music videos and TV shows, including The Late Show with
Jay Leno. When he's not on the road, you can find Doug recording and
producing local bands out of his Vancouver based studio "Fortissimo
Sound". With 2 gold records under his belt, and a fierce passion to
play and perform, Doug remains a force in the music business that
continues to wow audiences and turn heads.
