John was part of the hard rock bands The Union Underground and Soak.  He has handled the bass and back-up vocal duties for the multi-platinum rock band Disturbed since 2004, joining the band prior to their third studio album, Ten Thousand Fists, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 200 and sold over a million copies. Disturbed has sold over 11 million albums worldwide and has had four consecutive albums debut at #1 on the Billboard Hot 200.  In 2008, their song, Inside the Fire, received a Grammy nomination for Best Hard Rock Performance.  In Disturbed, John has toured the world selling out shows as an arena and festival headliner. In 2012 he teamed up with an All-star line up to form Adrenaline Mob.
